I decided to try a different foundation from my usual high end and purchased the liquid touch in scarlet. No matter how much i tried to blend it was uneven as ***, had this awful texture which made it look dry (to the extent it made my skin look liked it needed a heavy exfoliating) yet it felt like an oil pool and it certianly isnt medium to full coverage.

Contacted the company and was told 'You NEED to use our primer and brush, it doesnt work without it'. I thought to myself sure it does, but thought heck i'll buy them to try it. A few weeks later the primer and brush arrived, as suspected this still didnt make it the holy grail people clame so again i went and contacted. This time i was told i dont have the technique to use 'high end' makeup.

How on earth can they claim its the customers fault, if my armani, chanel and mac go on flawlessly then so should this.

None the less i took her advice and tried again with no luck, upon speaking to them again i was told i needed the rose water, not one person was interested in refunding as waiting for the products took me out of the 14 day return, instead they just want to push more products on you. A great alternative that actually is med/full coverage is GOSH foundation drops

Reason of review: Bad quality.
