I sent three emails.. None of which were answered and when I got online to find a phone number. The only phone number I could find was the one that *** consumer.com listed and to. No avail it is no longer a working phone number...
There needs to be a customer service phone number listed on the website, not just an email if you're gonna have just an email then that emails need to be answered in a timely mannerbook. I wasn't expecting my product or package to be shipped to me within 2 days, but I should have at least gotten an email confirmation that it had been get along with a tracking number.
I purchase a lot of things online and never have I ever. Had an issue like this

A Younique consultant, added me for the sake of expanding her business then started going on my social media, with her business facebook page, to put me down and say horrible things about how I look. I put up a post about it and have had numerous people tell me the same thing happened to them.
The first message I deleted before I got a screenshot but ended with You are not sexy This is horrible behavior coming from someone representing your company. Her name is Jessaca Faye, in Arizona, Safford area.
Preferred solution: I would like to see Jessaca Faye removed as a consultant as her behavior can be extremely dangerous to people with low self esteem. I would love to try the product but will find another consultant.

I received merchandise that has been used
I just received my new merchandise that I ordered. I got my BB cream and this tube is empty.
There is no product in this tube. It is supposed to be brand new. I pay a lot of money for my merchandise and I have been ordering from unique for a while now Ive never had this kind of issue, Im upset that you would send me a empty tube of my BB cream I would like for somebody to call me to let me know whats going on at 832-276-****. My name is Virginia Hernandez as soon as possible.
I am going to check my serum foundation that I also ordered And I also had the two illuminating primer and I also had the touch hole setting spray thats what was in my order and thats what was supposed to be in my order.
My issue is the BB cream empty tube I received. Thank you Virginia Hernandez.
