I purchased the Moonstruck eyebrow pencil and gel. I used the 2 products less than 10 times and the pencil is either empty or broke off inside and won't turn down.

I contacted the person I bought from and she contacted her friend who is the Rep. The Rep advised me they wouldn't refund me because it was pass the two weeks, when in fact it was exactly 2 weeks to the day that I first made contact. I then emailed the Customer Support directly and was offered a $10 credit...are you kidding me. Then I was told that I would get more out of the product if I stored it at room temp with the lid on...are you kidding me.

I was then offered an exchange, because I didn't contact the company within 2 weeks to receive a refund...no but I did contact the person I bought from within 2 weeks. However in order to receive an exchange the product must be at least 70% full...are you kidding me. The reason why I'm complaining is because for the price I paid it only last less than 10 uses.

Told the company to forget it. First and Last shopping experience with Younique.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Why would you return it if you've used it 10 times? That's vile why would you not just keep it ..was such a bad product that you continued to use it more than once?!?!

Under Australian Consumer Law (assuming you're also from Australia) there is no real timeframe for returns of an item that are faulty or do not fit the purpose of what was described. I would email them saying that you are now seeking further advice from Consumer Affairs, as you are protected by Law.

You can watch an episode of: The Checkout on Youtube that covers Consumer Laws if you want further information.
