in the mascara class action against Younique (Megan Schmitt, et al. v.

Younique, LLC, et al., 8:17-cv-01397), the Judge has grated the Plaintiffs class certification in California, Florida and Ohio. apparently, Younique sold over 790,000 units of the nylon / synthetic mascara - which they marketed as being "all natural" and containing "100% Natural Green Tea Fibers." Younique sold the Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lash mascara for $29 per unit.

This equates to over $23M in gross revenue in these 3 states alone. the case is set for trial in mid-February.

My consultant is great she goes out of her way to make you feel loved and appreciated. She also drops my items off at my home. The mineral foundation is amazing it is light and turns into a powder. I also like the fact that there are very few chemicals in their make-up...and Younique has a retreat for women who have been sexully abused!
