Okay im in the middle of a dispute with the yunique company! I place my order on their Black Monday special sale and it is May 26th 2016 and I still haven't gotten anything and now I'm emailing them back and forth and now they're saying that they won't refund me my money they can only give me white cash which is forcing me to buy products from their company and to top it all off I can only barely get to other products out of the whole package that I got the $120 and now they're saying that they can help me at all that it was that special order was only available in November that now they can help me at all the image below is what I ordered and they're not even willing to just give me what i ordered!! The othere images is of them saying they wont help me and only will give me y-cash forcing me to have to purchase something from their company and I can build only get like two things out of the 9 things that I would have got from my original order

Please contact the Better Business Bureau with your complaint. You can open a file and see if that helps in getting your refund.

Visit www.BBB.org You will find this company listed under Younique, LLC based in Lehi, Utah. As you will see, they have had plenty of cases opened against them and perhaps you can get resolution that way. If that doesn't help, you should contact the Attorney General in your state to file a complaint.

Do not let them get away with this. What they are doing is illegal.

I bought the mineral liquid foundation from a presenter after watching tons of videos on it. This makeup is so bad.

It literally has the sheerest coverage I've ever seen. It gets super greasy within an hour and rubs off on everything. I even tried it with their primer and powder and still had the same results. On top of the terrible coverage for $50, it broke my face out horribly.

Even drug store brands are gentler on my skin.

I tested this on multiple occasions and can say for a fact, it was the culprit of my acne. Please save your money and purchase from more reputable companies that don't have inventory issues and pushy sales people.

What Younique will not tell you is that they changed the formula several times. It was different when they first sold it and did have better coverage.

Now, due to demand that they couldn't fulfill for over 6 months, they ordered a batch that was cheaper, watered down and oily. Which made them more money, but was *** for you. They did this with the 3D mascara as well. Changed the formula 5+ times.

Now it's junk. They also did this with Glorious.

Company made their millions, sibling owners are rich AF and you're in the poorhouse, and they honestly don't care because they have your money.

Save your money and buy better cosmetics. Many presenters in the thousands have quit, upper black and purple presenters have moved on to other make up companies, or all together left for better opportunities. Company is not what they used to be.

They had only $$ signs in their eyes.

Overpriced junk that is STILL made in China despite their claims.

If anything, for foundation, there are SO many better brands out there from even the drugstore and Sephora/Ulta. Presenters are pushy, aggressive and incredibly rude and catty.

They fight with each other and talk badly about their customers on their own posts. The purple fever is going downhill....

This comment is spot on. I joined Younique in 2014 and recently quit.

The first serious sign of trouble (and lack of corporate judgment) was the change in mascara formula. The company took the one decent product they had and messed it up - then got nasty if you wanted to give constructive criticism about it. Since then, the quality of the products have gone down and the price has gone up. I quit because I could not in good conscience sell overpriced mediocre makeup.

Their monthly promotions (kudos) are rarely enticing-enough discounts, and their commission is low compared to other companies.

I hope the brother/sister founders are saving their money now, because I don't think this company is going to make it long term. Their price point is too high for the average consumer, and those with the expendable cash will prefer higher quality products (and the flexibility to actually test the products out at stores like Sephora and Ulta).

This is such a scripted statement. I was a presenter, nice try but I have been told to write the same thing. I could not in good faith be associated with a company with such poor ethics.

I'm pretty sure that if you posted a negative review about Covergirl they would not turn in around on you. Instead they would take that complaint and try to make it right.

I am purely a customer. The hype on the liquid foundation was huge.

I bought my bottle and waited two months until it was back in stock and shipped to me. When I was close to running out I went back online only to discover the lack of inventory still hadn't been handled, so I moved on to another product from a more accessible line. As a customer it is frustrating to like a product and have to go hunting online to find a rep that is willing to part with what I need. I shouldn't have to do that.

I won't be buying again.

Also, after about two months the product smell turned chemically and rancid. It also got thick and clumpy.

I enjoyed the foundation up to this point. You also can't get the last bit of product out because of the bottle design.

Glad to know I was just about to order some! One thing that may help your situation though that has helped me to find good makeup fast is I go to ebay and I'm able to get the product I want fast. Anyway thank you for your comment to let others know about this product saved me from a hassle of regret!!

Mineral Touch Liquid-Not Photoshop in a Bottle!

After reading reviews and watching those YouTube videos, I felt that the Mineral Touch Liquid Foundation was a good alternative to my Bare Minerals foundation. I was so wrong.

The makeup settles into every fine line and pore on my face, making me look aged. It also doesn't provide coverage like the videos show unless I layer it two or three times, which defeats the purpose of only needing a little bit. I'm so disappointed, as I signed up to be a presenter to get the discount. I used the cream foundation in the past and liked it but the product only lasted about a month!

I can't very well buy new foundation and powder every month at the price it goes for.

Overall, I'm disappointed that I spent the money to be a presenter and that I now have no makeup to use and will likely end up at the drug store until I find a new brand I like. Don't buy this makeup unless you the opportunity to see if first-hand and make sure that you like it.

So i have been wanting to try the fiber lash mascara for awhile now but at nearly30$price ive held off on buying it..well i finally got some yesterday,excited to give it a try i open the box and the fibers are only about a quater of the tube full!!wtf!?you would think at such a high price,that you would get a full tube!!??EXTREAMLY DISAPOINTED!thanks alot for ripping me off younique!

I bought the liquid foundation and primer. It is not worth the money. Primer does nothing for £30!!! and the foundation feels nice to put on, velvety and is not cakey but is not good for fine lines and sits in every tiny pore. I can't hide a single freckle so I don't understand the photoshop in a bottle claims. I believe that many people won't publicly complain as it is usually a friend who sold it to you.

I love the liquid and powder foundations. The cream is too greasy and not something I would want on my face all day long.

I use the primer and it makes a huge difference in helping cover my melasma and pores/wrinkles. It also helps the makeup wear longer.

Additionally, for me it does last all day long. In fact, even after washing my face at bedtime, when I use one of my arbonne nightly resurfacing wipes, that even pulls off more make up (the soap alone doesn't always get it off if I don't use a washcloth).

If you find that it is settling into wrinkles or transferring, you are not using the right product for your skin type/texture.

For every 100 people that the product works well for, there are always some it will not work for. Cosmetics are not one-size-fits-all. Skin chemistry plays a huge role in product performance.

You may be choosing the wrong product for your skin type. That does not mean the products are poor quality; it simply means they dont' work for your skin type.

I'm in my mid 40's! Totally different skin issues.

I have freckles and it covers them nicely. I don't use primer either.

It doesn't come off all day even when I sweat. I find shaking the bottle to

mix is the best result.

I bought £110 worth of Unique, and still waiting for one other bit to arrive!! I got the foundation, a foundation brush, prima, blusher and a cosmetic bag! I really like the brush, but for £25 it should be awesome!! But the makeup is nothing special. It doesn't cover as well as I thought it would being as its £30 a bottle. The blusher is ok but I can get the same sort from poundland. Why is it so expensive?? It's seriously nothing special and I think I'm going to stick with my Max Factor

It's "expensive" due to the face it's all natural ingredients unlike most cosmetics that's filled with nasty chemicals that enter your blood steam. It's not tested on animals so there for testing products are more in depth than testing on poor defenceless animals, yet again like most cosmetic companies test on animals.

Also I don't see the price as a big issue as Mac, Bareminerals and Urban Decay are all on par and people don't have a problem paying them prices....Mac also tests their products on animals!

I ordered a lipstick , the color was too bright for me..so I contacted the rep..was told I had to do the return.

So, I filled out form online and mailed ii, which I had to pay for!

Zero communication from them as to my item being recieved, processed etc...

I had to do all the emails to check on the status!

Finally after 3 1/2 weeks,it was mailed...to the rep and not me..ehen I specifically gave them my mailing address!

Needless to say, I am at 1 month so far, I still don't have my product. .and now I have to make a special trip the rep to get it :(

Goodbye younique. .I'm going back to sephora and ulta, where the products are cheaper and returns done the same day!

I spent over $100 on three products: Touch Mineral Cream Foundation (Scarlet), Touch Mineral Pressed Powder (Scarlet), and Precision Brow Gel (Light). My order took 10 days to process, and then 5 additional days to ship. After spending a hundred dollars, TWO WEEKS is a pretty unreasonable time to wait, especially for something as trivial as makeup that I could simply walk across the street to the general store and pick up in ten minutes (for a fraction of the price). But I thought, "Well, SURELY this stuff must be magical. You can't charge that much for face paint and have that long of a waiting period if it's poor quality." Wrong. The Cream Foundation is specifically advertised as being suitable for dry skin. However, it is EXTREMELY drying. It sinks into every patch, making me look flaky and uneven, even after apply moisturizer and primer. The Pressed Powder is specifically advertised as setting the foundation. Again, not true. The powder sucks out any remaining moisture, leaving skin looking literally like dirt. Even worse, it does nothing to help keep the Cream in place; I find myself reblending and touching up multiple times a day, as the product tends to collect and pool in the fine lines/wrinkles around my eyes and nose, looking thick and cakey in all the wrong places. The Brow Gel... is nothing. Not even figuratively. It does literally nothing. It doesn't have enough pigment to fill in sparse areas. In fact, when applied over pencil, the bristles actually wipe off and REMOVE the pigment from the pencil, effectively doing the exact opposite of what it claims to do. I used the products for over a week just to give them a fair chance. I tried applying with multiple techniques (brushes, sponges, blenders, fingers), but the results were widely the same. Needless to say, I returned all three for a refund, which I had to wait another two and a half weeks to receive (even though it only took 4 days for my shipment to reach the return site.) All in all, it was a total waste of my time. Certainly never purchasing from them again.

So I've waited and waited to do this review as not to hurt the lady I bought it from's feelings but if I can save anyone else a ton of money, time, aggravation it needs to be done. 1st you can only buy the foundation in a package, so unless you wear a ton of makeup you have a bunch of extra *** you will never use like "brow liner, and brow gel". 2nd they will conveniently be out of stock in their main foundation colors but 2 days after their old catalog closed they will be "in stock" again but you will be waiting months for it to ship to you (still don't have mine). 3rd the bag they advertised with your package may or may not be the one you receive. My sister and I ordered the same day, same package but got 2 different bags (Even though we ordered to get the pink bag but no one of us got stuck with a plain black one). 4th the fiberlash mascara, the only other good product that I actually wanted out of the package I was forced to buy to get the foundation (which still isn't here). Lasted exactly 2 weeks which is only about 6/7 uses before it was thick, dry and completely unusable because it let those fibers fall all over your face throughout the day because it was to gross and dry to hold them in place. So if you are ok with spending over a hundred dollars to not receive your items, or receive items not as they were pictured, or that will only work a few times. Then these are the products for you. But if you want good quality products that will last run far far far in the opposite direction of younique. Now let me add they did say they would send me another mascara out, but I don't feel like I should have to keep contacting a company to fix the problems.

You can purchase ANY of their items separately or as a collection. And in case you're wondering I'm not a presenter, nor do I have any other affiliation with the company.

Just stating facts.

It also clearly states on backordered items (such as bags) products may vary slightly due to availability! Ignorance is not an excuse to blast a company.

This lipstick is gross, has all sorts of bits and pieces of stuff in it and comes off super easily. It is usually gone or smeared within ten minutes of normal wear. The color was odd and faded after a while. Yucky.

This company has fooled Customers and Presenters right and left. The products are not what they seem. Very few good items and can be bought on EBAY and you dont have to wait 7 to 10 days plus Customer Kudo items are junk, Jan 2016 Item was eyelash curler and mine busted in 2 days. When you contact your Rep they are great, but the Company not so much. I will not recommend this line or Company to anyone ever again after 2 bad 3D fiber lashes mascara, *** cream foundation, and empty brow gel which I also got in the wrong shade. My daughter Mascara was Clumped and balled fibers and the gel ***. Going back to Sephora!

Make-up

I LOVE the new make-up but so deceiving!! The bottle is mostly glass, very little make-up.

After a few weeks I can no longer use the eye dropper and can hardly shake any out. I ordered the make-up in the case prior and same thing happened, was out in no time at all. Also my color is on back order and would be months until I could get new.

Sorry Younique but this is 2x now and I refuse to order again no matter how well the product covers there is just not enough for the amount of money!!! I will search the dept store to find something comparable!!!!!!

When I first tired the liquid foundation - i thought is was great, but right about it not lasting very long. Then this next time I ordered after the company being out of foundation FOREVER - it was not the same at all.

It provides no coverage now, feels different, will not stay on at all and i believe there is now even less makeup in the bottle. Will not be buying again.

Thats awful! I've been using the liquid foundation for several months now...

same bottle! I wonder if they didn't tell you how to properly apply it? I use a brush and just 5 or so drops of the foundation to cover my entire face and neck. Also, it has to be shaken before using.

I do this and it is lasting me a really long time. In fact, that's why I tried it... trying to save a little money.

It has saved me money, but I've also fallen in love with the product. It's blown my old Estee Lauder foundation out of the water!!!

I personally love Clinique, much cheaper than Younique any day. I buy the CC cream, it's under $40 and it lasts me several months.

I wear it everyday to work.

A little goes a long way. I like their other makeup too.

The amount of product in the bottle is printed right on the bottle. MANY products are more packaging than product.

You get the amount that the company claims that you get. I don't understand why you would complain when you got what you paid for.

Some I kept anyway, others were promptly replaced without being returned.

so I guess it's just what's available. I do love the products, tho!
