I really enjoy the makeup I get with Younique. I wanted to express how much I hate the new liquid foundation dropper.

For me it is hard to use. I never can seem to get the proper amount on my brush. The old dispenser with the dropper was much more even with the amount of foundation that would drop on the brush.

The other complaint. I have is the amount of time it takes to get my products through the mail.

This past order was placed on October 14 and it says it will not arrive until October 25. That is almost 2 weeks. That is way too long to be waiting on makeup to arrive.

The cost of this makeup is very costly but I love the products. I just cant understand why it takes so long to get something shipped when Im spending almost $100 for the makeup plus shipping.

see above. this is ridiculous. i am just getting madder and madder. all this over tanning drops. this has happened before but i ignore it because it is such a pain. i have a big order but i am nnot going to order anymore after this

Needing to cancel 1 of the mascaras I only wanted 1. When ordering it looked like my order didnt go through so I tried again still looked like it didnt go through until the next day when both orders went through and I was only needing 1 mascara. So trying to get ahold of yall is next to impossible.

it is October 14th and I have not heard one word from the Younique company. Their failure to follow up with a customer who had a problem is inexcusable.

The number that is supposed to be their customer service number has been disconnected. I am not very happy at this point. My phone number is 217-260-**** or my email is aquariu255@***.net.

Someone could either call me or text me with a response. Please help me get this settled.

I sent a message to the company since we can no longer call customer service. I have not received a response from anyone. This is not a way to honor your "LoveIt" guarantee. I r3ealize that I do not have huge sales but I am still the customer. My order number is 4230****. I didnt pay $50 for the cleansing balm and when I received it , it was melted and spilled all over. I ended up with about a quarter of a jar.

Phone message said this phone number is no longer working. Why is it so difficult to get someone on the phone. And I've even sent a message to Lexi my sponsor with pictures of skin and lip irritation. I need to return products for a refund. Thank you.
